Have you ever decided to not apply for a role because your resume wasn’t ready? Your resume is your first impression, and you want to stand out! This interactive workshop is designed to help you feel confident in refining and showcasing your skills and experience aligned to your career aspirations. We will review the do’s and don’ts of building a compelling resume and discuss hot topics like whether you should include a cover letter and/or references.

To get the most out of this workshop, come prepared with an initial draft of your resume on your laptop/iPad to make real-time edits.

You will have the opportunity to receive guidance and feedback on your resume from the Endeavor Talent Acquisition Team.

Afternoon Workshop: Interview Skills

Are you looking to sharpen your interview skills, prepare for career growth, or build confidence in presenting your experience with Endeavor Talent Acquisition representatives? This interactive workshop is for you! The workshop is designed to equip employees with the tools, techniques, and confidence needed to excel in job interviews. Whether you’re preparing for internal opportunities, leadership roles, or other career growth opportunities, this session will help you present your best self.

To get the most out of this workshop, please bring your laptop/iPad.

You will have the opportunity to do a practice interview with a member of the Endeavor Talent Acquisition Team, focused on using the STAR Method.

Closing: So, You Want to Lead People

Are you considering a leadership role at Endeavor? This session will explore the function of leadership, understanding the responsibilities of being a leader, and how to prepare for your next leadership opportunity.

Extend your learning and add skills to your resume by taking the Intermediate Excel course offered by Knowledge Transfer on Day 2 of the Learning Conference!
