Training Needs

Talent Development has partnered with Knowledge Transfer to provide computer training for Endeavor Employees since 2019. Knowledge Transfer is a woman-owned business located in Eagan, MN. For over 25 years, they have provided online and in-person training for companies across the US using their large network of training partners.

Individual Learning

Endeavor employees have access to work directly with Knowledge Transfer and enroll in full day classes that are listed on their website.

Please use the registration form below and do not register via the Knowledge Transfer website. Class dates listed on Knowledge Transfer’s website will be verified after registration is submitted.

Please note that half day classes are currently available in privately scheduled events only and typically need at least five but no more than ten participants to be scheduled.

In-Person and Group Learning

Talent Development also facilitates scheduling group training sessions, which require a minimum of 10 in-person attendees. The cost per person will be evaluated on an individual basis, and training costs are charged to each employee’s cost center.

Pricing and Payment

Microsoft Office (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) is typically $275/student for a full day virtual training. Pricing is subject to change, please visit Knowledge Transfer for current price list.

Endeavor employees can receive a 10% discount off the prices listed on Knowledge Transfer’s website. Discount is dependent on several factors and is not always guaranteed.

Please note all invoices from Knowledge Transfer are sent to Talent Development for payment, however costs will be allocated to employee’s cost center.
