Leader Essentials is a one-day in-person leadership training delivered by Endeavor’s Labor and Employee Relations and Talent Development teams.
This unique program is a combination of the policy and procedures you need to know as a leader combined with the essential skills you need to lead people effectively.
Leader Essentials will cover:
- What it means to be a leader
- What my responsibilities are now that I am leader
- Essential policy-based responsibilities every leader must know
- The importance and how to’s of building accountability and giving feedback
- How to motivate our teams
- De-escalating conflict as a leader
It is strongly encouraged that all EDV leaders go through this program.
