Leader Essentials

Leader Essentials is a one-day in-person leadership training delivered by Endeavor’s Labor and Employee Relations and Talent Development teams.

This unique program is a combination of the policy and procedures you need to know as a leader combined with the essential skills you need to lead people effectively.

Leader Essentials will cover:
  • What it means to be a leader
  • What my responsibilities are now that I am leader
  • Essential policy-based responsibilities every leader must know
  • The importance and how to’s of building accountability and giving feedback
  • How to motivate our teams
  • De-escalating conflict as a leader

It is strongly encouraged that all EDV leaders go through this program.
