Leader Essentials is a one and a half day in person leadership training delivered by Endeavor’s LERC and the Talent Development team.
This unique program is a combination of the policy and procedures you need to know as a leader combined with the essential skills you need to lead people effectively.
The program is called Leader Essentials and it will cover:
- What it means to be a leader
- What my responsibilities are now that I am leader
- Essential policy-based responsibilities every leader must know
- The importance of and how to of building accountability and giving feedback
- How to motivate our teams
- De-escalating conflict as a leader
As part of the Leader Essentials program, you will spend a half day on day two in Understanding Communication Styles (Social Styles). This program will require about a half hour of prework. Please note in registration if you have already taken the program and you do not want to attend again. You are welcome to attend again if you choose.
