Webinar: Preventing Burnout

Today, work/life balance can be difficult, and many people feel pressured to work faster, harder and longer hours. This can lead to burnout, resulting in decreased productivity and dissatisfaction, among other things. Attendees will examine causes of burnout and potential solutions along with ideas to decrease the likelihood of experiencing burnout.

  • Examine facts and fiction surrounding burnout 

We are excited to welcome our presenter, Gwen Kinsey, for this important topic. Gwen is a graduate of Temple University and earned a certification in emotional intelligence. Gwen delivers workshops on adapting to change, improving communication, resilience, and emotional intelligence as well as a variety of leadership development topics (including leading hybrid teams).
