Program at a glance

  • Deeply reflect on your leadership identity: Explore your values, strengths, and aspirations to define the kind of leader you want to become. Through guided self-assessment and introspection, you’ll gain clarity on your leadership purpose and style.
  • Acquire practical tools for building strong relationships: Learn evidence-based strategies to foster trust, collaboration, and influence across teams and with senior leaders. These tools are designed to enhance your ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and drive positive outcomes.
  • Apply and refine your skills through peer coaching: Engage in structured peer coaching sessions that allow you to practice new approaches, receive feedback, and support others in their leadership growth. This hands-on experience reinforces learning and builds a strong network of support.

Participation in the program requires a full commitment to all scheduled sessions over the five-month period. Your attendance is essential to ensure a cohesive learning experience and to maximize the value of peer interactions.

This program is designed to be a peer experience and full participation is essential in order to build trust and create a learning experience for the entire group. The leader must be available and commit to all session dates of the program.
